Description
LOW
Indicates the deviation between the seller's metric rating compared to the benchmark rating is LOW. This is the best rating.
AVERAGE
Indicates the deviation between the seller's metric rating compared to the benchmark rating is AVERAGE.
HIGH
Indicates the deviation between the seller's metric rating compared to the benchmark rating is HIGH.
VERY_HIGH
Indicates the deviation between the seller's metric rating compared to the benchmark rating is VERY HIGH.
NOT_APPLICABLE
The seller does not have a rating for this dimension.

eBay does not provide a rating if there is not enough data to rate a seller. For example, the seller might not have the minimum number of transactions for the associated dimension, or there might not be enough sellers in the peer group to calculate a peer rating.
